Volkswagen / Audi (VAG) UK Ltd A major programme of organisation transformation following team development with the Managing Director and his Board of Directors. Subsequently, 400 senior executives were involved in an organisation development programme together with all UK dealerships.

Glaxo Smith Kline Design and facilitation of an organisation wide, cultural change programme involving the CEO, Board and over 2000 executives in the European pharmaceutical and manufacturing divisions.

University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) The facilitation of a university wide cultural change programme following top team development with the Vice Chancellor and his Directors. This involved team development with the Deans as well as the management development of 300 Deans, Senior Lecturers, Lecturers and Facility Managers.
